Character Summary
While you have the physical characteristics of your character defined, it may help to write a short sentence or two about how they look if they were casually observed. This is often referred to as a character summary, and can be written into the Notes section on the back of the character sheet.

One example of a short character summary might read:

Grizzled would best describe the appearance of this middle-aged human, whose sand-beaten skin is pocked with scars. His sun-bleached blonde hair appears white, and hangs shoulder-length, clean but chopped and brushed behind his ears. A single pale-green eye peers, as the other is covered by a patch. Dressed in leathers from head to toe, and swaddled in a cloak. To his left a longsword in scabbard hangs, with a knife in his boot, and a coin purse full of sand.
