Stamina
The natural inhabitants of the world rely on and draw from a pool of stamina, allowing them to perform feats or flourishes that might otherwise be perceived by observers as superhuman. Stamina is comprised of the core attributes Agility and Vigor, the former being the dexterous nature and ability of the character while the latter is the sum of their physical conditioning.

Stamina is regained through rest, or any of these examples.

 Rest – fifteen minutes per point, or one full night’s (eight hours) rest to fully restore their pool
 Food – Good quality food and water often cut rest time in half
 Talent – Medicine or equivalent – requires a difficulty role set by the discretion of the Storyteller
 Supernatural means – at the discretion of the Storyteller
